DUTIES

As members of our Noble Profession we must always remember our 3 duties. 

1. Duty by the Client - To do our best within the framework of the Law and to retain confidentiality of information acquired. Also to give him the correct advice.

2. Duty by the profession - Never to criticize or insult your opponent and never to run him down. Understand that he has to do his duty by the client and treat him with respect.

3. DUTY BY THE COURT - Always respect the Court. That is an Institution which has held the Rule of Law since 1801. Be respectful to court. Never disturb court when it speaks. Never turn you back to court. Never criticize the Judge with your clients.  

These are what our forefathers have inculcated into us. It must continue.
