5. Ex Parted Trial - Sections 84 to 88.
6. Admissions and Issues - Sections 146 to 149.
7. List of Witnesses and Documents- Sections 121 175 and If Computer Evidence or Contemporaneous Recordings are involved - Sections 4 5 6 7 of Act No 14 of 1995.
8. Actions against the State - Sections 456 to 461.
9. Appeals - Section 753 Onwards.
